6 days till xmas 2014

Its always hard, but when the xmas or children's holidays, come round its so much harder, our heart break a little more.

We see other little boys his age and think of what we would be doing with Cameron.

The little ball that hangs on the tree, saying merry xmas cameron.

Baking biscuits, going to see the lights, snuggled up all cosy in bed reading the xmas story.

In 2012, we found out we would be adding a little one to the family, another little boy.

On Boxing day 2012 John Junior was born,we call him JJ. There was so much joy and thankfulness.

But something was missing Cameron ( My Son )

We will always do something in honor of Cameron but does this bring heaviness to a happy season, do we annoy others, do we push people away because they don't want to listen.

Always judging ourselves, worrying, what other think.

So do we grieve quietly hush hush.

The answer is simple, NO! we want a way to honor Cameron and we do that by talking about him sharing pictures thoughts. Please dont assume that saying nothing about Cameron will keep us from hurting. It does the exact opposite.

We may get misty eyed, go quite, laugh, or any number of reactions....but we will know that you care.

No matter how many brother and sister Cameron has, there will always, always, be a sadnes in our hearts.

We want JJ to be raised knowing that he has an older brother watching over him.

Weep not for those who have been loved. Weep not for the cherished, the adored. Weep not for for those who have gone. But are remembered . For they will never truly be gone They live. Never has this be truer. Than with Cameron. a young lad so selfless. So full of love for people. That anyone who met him left that meeting for the better. Tirelessly inspiring and truly a kid with nothing but the best intentions in everything he did. People continue to raise money and awareness in Cams name to help the thousands of young children diagnosed with brain tumours and in respite care until end of life. If you do one thing. Just one thing today in Cams name Look up. Find a star tonight (it will be the brightest) and give him a smile. R.I.P Cameron  My thoughts are with everyone who knew him today. Always a tough time.

Four years today Cameron gained his wings

To be brave is to cry

But still to fight on,

And that's what you did

My hero, my son.

The battle was hard

We thought we had won,

But still you fought on

My hero, my son.

The happiness you brought

To the lives you have touched,

Will live on forever

As you are loved so much.

when i close my eyes i can see you,

When i whisper your name i can hear you, And when i reach with my heart ican touch you.

Goodnight my hero, my son, my Cameron,You are just a child

But you died a man.xxx

Happy 15th Birthday

Happy birthday, Cameron!

We really wish you were here.
We have to be content to hope that
You are having a good time
Up there in heaven
With all the other angels,
And that you're having a big, wonderful party.

That thought always makes us smile....for a second....
And then we go back to missing you
And wishing you were somehow here again
So that we could give you hugs
And kisses
And presents.

You're always in our hearts and thoughts....
Until we see you again in heaven.

Love always.

We all miss you so much our angel cameron

When child loss occurs, our lives stop. For a long, long time we wander around aimlessly and without purpose. Sure, we know that others need us, but we often don't have the energy to face each new day because we are so engulfed in sorrow. It's impossible to explain when we say "I miss my child so much that my heart is breaking." But, the heartbreak is real, and our hearts never fully recover from child loss. How could our hearts and lives ever feel completely whole again when such a big part of our heart is missing?

You flew away on that beam of light,

the day god asked for your precious life.

A smile will pass across my face when i think of you in that special place.

Everytime the sun shines down i know it's you wiping away my frown.

The years will pass my sadness will not,

for you my darling CAMERON will never be forgot.x

February poem 2014

As we hit the second month of the year

The month where love is all we hear

Places are filled with red gifts and hearts

Love is celebrated in all different parts

The month where new love is declared

The month where existing love can be shared February is the month of love

And i will send mine to you up above

I love you every minute of every day

January to december my love is here to stay

While people celebrate their love for valentines

Please remember forever and always you are mine.
